Psychotherapy
" A journey of a thousand miles always begins with a first step "
Lao Tzu
Our current societies now plunge the individual into ever-increasing vicissitudes.
Indeed, the individual embedded in a system of constant interactions, must face problems of various natures :
Personal (psychological, emotional, behavioral)…
Family (education, religion, intra-family relations, family secrets)…
Professional social (social integration, professional structure, standard of living, relational and social networks)…
Geographic/Historical (housing, experience, social and ethnic origin)…
Passionate about people and aware of everyone's individual potential, I got involved in the field of psychotherapy, convinced that all human beings have skills, capacities for self-healing and change. and that it is possible to accompany in a dynamic of well-being, by favoring the mobilization of the inexhaustible resources at its disposal.
I built my course of Neuro-Psychotherapist on a requirement of versatility and specialization, in order to acquire expertise in the processes of change in order to accompany my patients on the path to well-being.
Certified by the school of psychotherapy Psynapse, and by that of the Cerf training center, my activity as a Neuro-Psychotherapist consists in helping my patients to solve their difficulties… thanks to techniques acting directly on the neural system of the brain.
This accompaniment makes it possible to act on the nervous system, exploiting the natural capacity of neurons to tend towards optimal solutions in order to obtain in-depth and definitive changes.
Neuro-Psychotherapist specialist in brief therapies and master practitioner in sex therapy, I have acquired broad skills in fields as varied as hypnosis, NLP, DNR, clinical psycho-pathology, marital and family therapy.
An approach
multi-referential
All these techniques are used in a multi-referential approach allowing, in the context of integrative and systemic therapies, to adapt various available tools to the problems of each patient.
Practitioner in integrative therapy, my mission is to allow the patient to identify, beyond "the why", problems and solutions. for their overcoming.
It is, around a decompartmentalised theoretical dynamic, to rehabilitate the felt, to allow individual expression and thus to promote the awareness of repetitive mechanisms and the deprogramming of limiting beliefs.
The integrative approach is a transpersonal and quantum approach: it takes into account the bodily, affective, mental, relational and spiritual dimensions and has the advantage of helping the patient to determine solutions through an apprehension of reality that goes beyond from that perceived by his five senses.
My desire to equip myself with the broadest skills in the care of patients also led me to explore and train myself in oriental approaches such as "The Tao hands". It is a unique method of support, aimed at promoting well-being in areas as varied as health, relationships, finances or business...
Also certified in systemic therapy
I give a very special place to relational patterns, within which lie both the keys to maintaining a problem and those of its solutions.
The systemic approach, like integrative therapy, is a multi-referential approach. It is distinguished by taking into account the elements of a system and the interactions of the systems between them.
Systemic therapy is at the service of modifying interactions, that is to say the relational experience of the patient, in a global approach integrating his internal psychic experience.
The psychological support that I offer is holistic; he therefore adapts to the specific needs of each and concerns a wide range of patients (children, adults, couples, the elderly). It is carried out in accordance with ethical obligations: integrity and probity, rigor, respect for the person, confidentiality, etc.
